Mr. Baumanis was admitted as Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of VIctoria and High Court of Australia in 1961 and is a current member of the Law Institute in the State of Victoria. He has extensive international experience and is associated with of the oldest Chinese legal firms in Hong kong and Mainland China.

 

Mr. Baumanis joined the Quantum Group in 1992 as its senior legal advisor. He represents and advises Quantum Group in all facets of local and international law, with special emphasis to the Group's worldwide infrastructure development, engineering projects and the Group's trading in bank security instruments.
